Milla Lascelles, Health & Lifestyle Coach
Milla Lascelles is an expert holistic health & lifestyle coach based in London, supporting and guiding both women and men to make positive health & lifestyle changes into their lives. She is a member of the UK Health Coaches Association, after graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and studying self-development and holistic health for the last 4 years she now successfully runs international & UK based yoga & wellness retreats as well as 1-2-1 coaching based in the UK for corporate companies and private clients.
Milla’s holistic approach is all about bio-individuality, the theory that the body can heal itself – by itself but there isn’t one solution that will work for everyone.
Veronika Pongracz, Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher
Head of Wellbeing at Inhabit Hotels Yoga, meditation & mindfulness teacher and sound therapist. Veronika Pongracz is your host from Inhabit, heading up our Wellbeing team at the hotel. She is an experienced yoga, meditation and mindfulness teacher as well as a sound therapist, offering private and group sessions. Her goal as a teacher is to inspire you to delve deeper in your practice and keep discovering the benefits it can bring in all areas of your life.
Rhaya Jordan, Nutritionist & Naturopath
Rhaya is one of London’s top nutritionists and naturopaths. She specialises in working with people with diabetes and also partners with companies such as Daylesford Organics, Bodyism and the Joe Cross team for Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. Following a career at Blackmores, where she trained practitioners, she joined the University of Westminster where she helped develop the program for Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Therapy and stayed as a senior lecturer in health sciences for 8 years. She taught anatomy, clinical skills, nutrition, biochemistry, philosophy and complementary therapies and was involved in setting up the largest complementary health training clinic in Europe.

Gut health is the cornerstone of good physical and mental health. CEO and Founder of Ossa Organic, Catherine Farrant, will take you through a 1 hour workshop where you learn about 4 pillars of gut health; food, beauty, home and lifestyle.
Catherine will share life “hacks” for gut health and take your questions on individual areas where you would like to see improvement e.g. sleep. You will then work together to set your individual intention for the new year to create change in your life.
